How to Use

The Compass Plus™ system is a streamlined system that is easy to use. The steps to obtaining the data you need are:

Step 1

Talk to us

Discuss your data collection requirements with us. We'll design a custom survey for you, suggest one of our existing question sets, or convert your existing survey for on-line use. If appropriate, we'll introduce you to one of our consultants specializing in your business area.

Step 2

Customize Your Survey

During the set-up step, we'll customize the landing page the people taking your survey will see. It will contain your logo, your message and your look.

Step 3

Invite Participants

We'll provide you with a custom invitation for you to use when inviting survey participants. The invitation will contain all the information the participants will need to access and complete your survey.

Step 4

Monitor Progress

Your survey administrator will have on-line access to current survey data so they can monitor progress and view up-to-the-minute data.

Step 5

The Results

At the conclusion of the survey we'll prepare the detailed reports you need to full utilize the data obtained. If you like, our consultant can help you develop an action plan to put your survey results into practice. We can also suggest a follow-up survey to measure improvement.
